Galtür nordic volumes

Due to the current weather conditions and their impact on the course quality, we have carefully evaluated the feasibility of holding Galtür Nordic Volumes.

At present, the conditions in the Bieler Höhe area do not allow the planned race course to be prepared to the usual standard. In addition, several sections of the course are heavily affected by older avalanche debris, which significantly compromises both track quality and safety. Accumulated water in the start and finish area further hinders a smooth execution of the event.

In order to maintain our standards for a high-quality and safe event, the cross-country race will not take place this year. Nevertheless, the cross-country trails in the region are currently in good condition and remain perfectly suitable for training purposes.

Entry fees that have already been paid will, of course, be refunded. The timing provider will contact participants directly if necessary. We would also like to apologise for the short notice and, as a gesture of goodwill, we are offering two one-day passes (2026/2027) for the Paznaun Valley cross-country trails per registered starting place.
